Vicky qualified as an architect and practised before walking away to start, in her own words, a business that does people things. 🤝 Today she is a psychometric consultant, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Master Trainer and a digital learning adviser, and she leads the Genos Pan Africa Distribution Network. Over 100 practitioners across the continent have been certified under her leadership. 📜 Her firm's work runs through KCB, Co-operative Bank of Kenya and the Uongozi Institute, and in 2024 she co-facilitated Nigeria's first ever Genos Emotional Intelligence certification in Lagos. 🌍
