Vicky qualified as an architect and practised before walking away to start, in her own words, a business that does people things. Today she is a psychometric consultant, a Genos Emotional Intelligence Master Trainer and a digital learning adviser, and she leads the Genos Pan Africa Distribution Network. Over 100 practitioners across the continent have been certified under her leadership. Her firm's work runs through KCB, Co-operative Bank of Kenya and the Uongozi Institute, and in 2024 she co-facilitated Nigeria's first ever Genos Emotional Intelligence certification in Lagos.
